This website presents Creative Lens Media services, portfolio work and editorial information. You may browse and link to its public pages for lawful business purposes. Copying, republishing, reselling or misrepresenting website content, photographs, films, designs or trademarks is not permitted without written authorization.
Proposals and project scope
Commercial photography, film production, drone, Matterport and post-production services are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for each project. The proposal defines scope, crew, locations, deliverables, timing, usage, fees and any third-party costs. Website descriptions and indicative turnaround times do not replace a project-specific agreement.
Scheduling, access and approvals
Clients are responsible for accurate briefing, site access, permissions, product readiness, talent releases and timely feedback unless the proposal assigns those responsibilities to Creative Lens Media. Production dates remain subject to written confirmation, deposits where applicable, authority approvals, weather and safe working conditions.
Intellectual property and usage
Copyright, licenses and permitted usage are defined in the accepted proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, portfolio display by Creative Lens Media may be withheld for confidential projects. Client-supplied logos, music, products and reference materials must be properly licensed for the intended use.
Delivery and revisions
Proofs, selects, final files and revision rounds are delivered according to the agreed scope. Additional edits, reshoots, formats, rush delivery, storage, hosting or source-file requests may require a revised fee and schedule. Delivery links and production archives should be downloaded and backed up by the client within the stated availability period.
Liability and external services
We take reasonable professional care in production and delivery. To the extent permitted by UAE law, liability is limited by the project agreement and does not include indirect loss arising from third-party platforms, hosting, internet availability, client-supplied materials or use outside the agreed license.
